RACHEL CIRCLE
The Rachel Circle meets regularly for breakfast and Bible study with a focus on missions in the US and worldwide. One of their major mission focuses is Mercy Ships.org. Mercy Ships is an international charity. Mercy Ships currently operates the largest non-governmental hospital ship in the world. Through their study of the powerful women in scripture, the love of Jesus Christ and attention to rendering help to the poor, sick and unfortunate these wonderful ladies spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ through their efforts.
PROMISE
KEEPERS
This group of Christian men meets weekly every Thursday evening at 6:00 pm for scripture study and Christian fellowship. As the early Christians, Disciples and Apostles did they share prayer and hymn singing in praise of the Lord.
DORCAS CIRCLE
"At Joppa there was a certain disciple named Tabitha, which is translated Dorcas. This woman was full of good works and charitable deeds which she did.” Acts 9:36
Like Dorcas, our circle members are engaged in good deeds. Fondly known as “The Quilters”, these talented, Christian women regularly meet for devotionals, lunch and mission study. In this vein their main focus is on making quilts and “comforts” for the sick and needy. These beautiful quilts and comforts have warmed and brought contentment to many over the years throughout the area, our country and the world. These wonderful ladies also do quilts on consignment and the funds they receive completely fund their Christian work.
